The service
just images is a set of image tools operated by [Operator legal name]. The tools run in your web browser, so the processing happens on your device. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Free and Pro
The free plan lets you process 3 images a day, with results up to 4 megapixels. Pro removes the daily limit and unlocks the features listed on the pricing page. We may adjust free-plan limits and add tools over time. We won't remove a paid Pro feature during a period you've already paid for.
Billing and cancelling
Pro costs €8 a month or €48 a year, VAT included where it applies. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, under Polar's buyer terms, which also cover refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the subscription. When you ask for Pro to start right away, you agree that the service begins immediately; withdrawal and refund requests are then handled by Polar as set out in its buyer terms.
Acceptable use
- Only process images you have the right to use.
- Don't use the tools to create unlawful content, or to infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property.
- Don't try to break, overload or resell the service, or get around plan limits by automated means.
We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your images and results
You keep all rights to your images and to the results you create. We never receive your images, so we claim no rights over them. AI tools produce estimates: check results before relying on them, especially for documents.
Warranty and liability
We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but they're provided as they are, without a guarantee that they'll be error-free or always online. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For material changes affecting Pro subscribers, we'll email you at least 30 days before they apply.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Italy, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
